My circle has never been very big. At times, I've wondered if expanding my circle is critical to growing and developing Business.
Considering what I've learned about leadership and success over the past 20+ years, while relationships matter, the honesty within them matters most. This reaches back to my Personal Brand and Personal Leadership Principles: being honest with yourself will yield honesty with others.
