It cultivates the foundational self-leadership skills for maintaining your effectiveness in high-pressure, high-stakes environments under constant change.
The Neuroscience of Leading Innovation
This program is intended for those leading innovation in VUCA environments. The program teaches participants to use brain-based approaches to develop and support innovation as a solution for both everyday problems and big “break-through” innovations. Leaders will learn how to enable the creative energy of their teams to flourish and how to embed this capacity in their organization’s culture in order to sustain it in the long term.
Working Mind, a collaboration with the Kalapa Leadership Academy, combines neuroscience and mindfulness to improve focus, attention, and productivity. This program teaches how to use our brain and mind to support effective communication, collaboration, time management, teamwork, and decision-making.
